There is less than one month before 7th international marathon “Zhigulyovskoe more-012” will start. This event will become a serious trial to brave riders, because marathon distance is a number of difficulties and a sportsman has to be well skilled to overcome them. However organizers considered possibilities of unpracticed sportsmen: first stage of marathon race is simple enough to go through even by a beginner. So brush your doubts away and come to the Marathon - you`re able to compete!

This year marathon race has some innovations:

1. We introduce a new group “amateurs”. In this group will compete sportsman who hasn`t become a winner in big Russian or international competitions. However after wining in this group once, the sportsman will be considered as not “amateur” any more and will compete with the strongest sportsman. A good news for racers in snowboard group: the winner in this group will win a prize – a special race snowboard SH Pro-Race 200 which is given by our sponsor – Aleksey Fedorovich Puzankov! The same prize was won in the championship “Orangevy veter” Kazan city by Ilnur Latypov. Who will win it in Zhigmore we`ll see.
2. The racers who will compete not in an “amateur” group will get trackers from our partner “Vi-Tel” so their location will be available to see in real time using Internet.
3. The declared Russian snokite cup 2012 in Marathon program is canceled, because of a late request from Samara region SSF (Sail Sport Federation) to Russian SSF. In this connection the results of this competition could not be used to get an official sport ranks.

The Orgcommittee will help every sportsman to get a transfer to Togliatty, but the participant has to give a pre entry form and to inform about his/her arrival in time. One evening participants will have an opportunity to ride using a capstan in water pool “Olymp”. In addition there will be an evening in Russian baths, a visit to a rock club. And at the end of championship there will be farewell banquet and a distribution of souvenirs.
